When you submit a request, the website sends your name, email address and event details to Beanleaf at beanleafshop@gmail.com. Optional details can include a phone number, company, venue address, customization ideas and other notes. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and plan the service you request. Please avoid including payment information or sensitive personal details in the form.
Your draft and essential storage
Your browser keeps a temporary draft in the current tab so you can move between steps or refresh the page. It expires after two hours without a change and is cleared after a confirmed submission. Closing the tab normally clears this storage; browser session-restore features may restore it until it expires. Your drink preference may be stored on your device between visits.
When you use the form, an essential session cookie helps prevent forged submissions and duplicate sends. The server keeps temporary security tokens and request fingerprints, rather than a database of your form answers. Rate limits use hashed network identifiers and timestamps, with a maximum active window of 24 hours.
Hosting and email
The website's hosting and email providers process requests and inquiry messages to operate the service. Hosting infrastructure may keep access and security logs, including IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps. Messages sent through the form remain in Beanleaf's email correspondence for handling your request and any resulting event arrangements.
Fonts, media and links
Fonts, photos, video and the 3D drink assets are served by this website. The site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Instagram and TikTok links take you to their own websites, where their privacy practices apply.
